We think everyone should be able to enjoy good fresh bread, so we have a wide range of loaves that are either wheat or yeast free, or both! As well as rye, we are big fans of spelt – an old fashioned grain. Anyone trying to avoid wheat should definitely try some spelt.

Sunflower Spelt A great spelt wholemeal loaf - a great alternative for those wishing to avoid more traditional types of wheat and lower in gluten than normal flour. This loaf is covered in sunflower seeds and boasts a delicious nutty flavour. Also available as Plain Spelt. |
