Six Seeded Soda
This yeast-free loaf is a delicous combination of oats and light wholemeal flour with the irresistible flavour and texture of six well chosen seeds (linseed, pumpkin, aniseed, sunflower, sesame, millet) and quinoa. Fantastic with both sweet and savory toppings, or alone. When toasted this bread takes on an excellent biscuity quality. |

Gregor's Rye
This was passed to us from one of our favourite bakers, and bears his name! A fantastic blend of 65% rye with 35% white flour blended with just a little honey and molasses which makes for a light loaf with just a subtle touch of sweetness. |
