Wheat / Yeast Free Breads

We think everyone should be able to enjoy good fresh bread, so we have a wide range of loaves that are either wheat or yeast free, or both! As well as rye, we are big fans of spelt – an old fashioned grain. Anyone trying to avoid wheat should definitely try some spelt.

Sunflower spelt   Sunflower Spelt
A wheat-free wholemeal loaf, covered in sunflower seeds with a delicious nutty flavour.  Also available as Plain Spelt.

Yeast and wheat-free and flavourful, a solid wholemeal loaf with excellent keeping qualities.

A serious dark loaf, full of flavour.  Also available Polish style “in the round”.  Cover with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

Our favourite! This wheat and yeast free loaf is a substantial loaf with all the goodness and flavour of spelt.
