2010 Bridport Food Festival

New Farmers' Market
We are delighted to have been invited to join the regular Crewkerne Farmers Market which takes place on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 9am–1pm in Falkland Square. Leakers win Taste of Dorset Award
Leakers Bakery fought off some stiff competition to win at this year's Taste of Dorset Awards, receiving the award for Best Artisan Baker from a shortlist of three which included Long Critchel in Wimbourne and Oxford Bakery, Sherbourne. Judge Rick Payne, Marketing Manager for Hall and Woodhouse Brewery, said that Leakers “epitomises everything that is local, fresh, healthier and seasonal”. We are also delighted that Bridport received the award for Best Food Town – a real boost for Bridport's high street!

Mad Hatters Tea Party
Bridport's first Mad Hatter's Tea Party was a sell out success and the Bull Hotel's glorious ballroom provided the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of music and magic. Mr and Mrs Snook of Hatters and Outfitters Snooks of Bridport www.snooksthehatters.co.uk judged some wonderfully colourful and creative entries with the winner receiving a fantastic £25 prize.

New Stockist
We are delighted that Home Farm Shop in Tarrant Gunville, the treasure store of fine foods, are now stocking our bread. As well as their own free-range livestock and home cooked meals, Home Farm Shop pride themselves on stocking a wide range of foods from across the region.
